Welcome Reception

Tuesday 5th July 2011 1800hrs -1930hrs

The Welcome Reception will take place at the meeting venue (EICC).  This is an informal evening open to all delegates at no extra cost.  Please indicate that you wish to attend on your registration form.

Edinburgh Castle Reception

Thursday 7th July 2011 1900hrs – 2030hrs

An exclusive reception will be held at the magnificent Edinburgh Castle on the Thursday evening.   Edinburgh Castles stunning location above the city skyline offers a unique setting for this memorable event.  Guests will have exclusive access to the Castle’s highlights including Crown Square, The Great Hall, Royal Apartments, Castle Vaults and the Scottish Crown Jewels.  Drinks and Canapés will be served throughout the castle.

This evening is open to all delegates and their guests at a fee of £10 for delegates and £15 for guests (maximum 2 guests per delegate).  Please note numbers are limited, we would encourage you to book your space along with your registration as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. 

As much of the evening will be outside and the Scottish weather can at times prove to be unpredictable we would strongly suggest guests to wear warm water proof clothing.  Also as much of the castle is cobbled flat shoes are also recommended.

Music Concert St Mary's Cathedral

Friday 8th July 2011 1830hrs – 1930hrs

A music concert will be held at the beautiful St Mary’s Cathedral a 5 minute walk from the conference centre.  The St Mary’s Music School will be providing the entertainments for the evening.  This is an informal evening open to all delegates at no extra cost.
