Accommodation has been reserved in a variety of hotels, hostel, universities and appartments throughout Edinburgh City Centre many walking distance from the Conference Centre. 

In order to qualify for the special negotiated rates detailed below, participants should contact their chosen hotel/hostel/apartment directly, and quote the booking code detailed in the list below.  

All rates quoted are per room per night.  Please note that although special rates have been negotiated with each venue a limited number of rooms at a further reduced rate may also be available through various booking websites.

Rooms are limited for each hotel and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.  The rates detailed below are only guranteed upto 6 weeks prior to the conference, after this time rooms will be offered subject to availability. 

July can be a busy time in the city and we would encourage delegates to book early to avoid disappointment.  Credit card details will be required at time of booking as a guarantee to cover any cancellation charges.  Please make sure you confirm with your hotel their cancellation terms at time of booking.

If you do not arrive at your accommodation on the due date, your credit card will be charged for the first nights accommodation and any subsequent nights will then be cancelled.

On a Budget

If you wish to share a room with a colleague to reduce your accommodation costs, please book a TWIN room.  Only one of you will need to make the reservation and provide credit cards details.  Please decide between yourselves who will do this.

Apartments

If you are travelling with colleagues and would like to save costs, you may like to consider sharing a self catering apartment.  Accommodation has been reserved in variety of 1 - 3 bedroom apartments located close to the conference centre. Costs are detailed below.

Pre or Post Meeting Accommodation

There is so much to see and do in Scotland we would encourage all delegates to make the most of their time and extend their stay in Scotland.
